Enhancement of wood fire performance using eggshells
The overarching research goal of this proposal is to develop viable wood treatment formulations for fire-safe building materials. Global climate is predicted to continue to change over this century and beyond, and therefore there is an urgent need for handling environmental and sustainability aspects that transform the EU into a modern, resource-efficient, and competitive sustainable economy. The proposed project covers sustainable material development and is in line with the European Green Deal directives.
